When planning the educational facility for children aged 0–10, with a 12-group kindergarten, 17-class all-day primary school and four special education rooms, the focus was on energy efficiency and sustainability. 

The teamgmi office in Vienna, which was responsible for the technical building services planning, was won over by the single lever mixers from the F5L-Therm series with integrated scald protection for safety and the sustainability associated with this. The locker shower area for the gym and the exercise room were also equipped with self-closing fittings from the F5 series, including a thermostat. In addition, KWC  Professional wash troughs and workroom sinks were used to equip the technical and textile workrooms.
